Great class. Good balance of class room, in pool, and ocean. Good amount of safety information too. 20 seconds down and 20 seconds back. If you can hold your breath for 40 seconds, you can dive to 66 ft.

Among the coolest things I've done this lifetime so far! Excellent course delivered by excellent, passionate instructors. They believe and live freediving. Safety is emphasized. Technique is practiced and applied. The open water drills were the best. Only a few miles from shore (West Palm Beach) the depth is 500 feet and clear. We students did a series of freedives as deep as 20 meters. I highly recommend this class and FL Freedivers.

Grate course. Instructors very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Had great fun in pool (static apnea) and in the ocean - diving to 20 m in the big blue. What a great learning experience and opportunity to meet a interesting new community. Lets go dive!

Great course. High standar teaching skills. Very precise and friendly. Very easy to understand regardless my first language is not English. Being an instructor myself, I wish I could enjoy teaching as much as he does. Totally pleased and ready for level two
