Simply the best! In my 50 years of living part of it in the military some of it as a civilian. I have spent lots of time in various classrooms. I'm a Military and Civilian diver who knew nothing about Freediving. Matthew Pasa impressed me from the first second I saw him. This guy was a passionate professional who truly loves what he does and cares about his students. I felt safe, comfortable and lucky to have had such a great teacher / professional. Thank you again. If I could make a recommendation it would certainly be Matthew Pasa. It would be hard to beat this instructor.

Course was great very informative and fun. Matt was great. Improved my depth by about 20', did 3 min breath hold for a personal best. Would highly recommend for anyone who likes to free dive.

Epic course, Daniel was an excellent teacher and made the course very easy to comprehend. I learned a lot about myself that I didn't even know was possible and it was all because of Dan and taking this course. I recommend this course to everyone that wants to be a better diver or spearo.

entretanto, traduzi o teu texto, vê o q achas: I liked very much the FII Level 2 Freediver course that I took with Joao Costa. He explained everything in detail from theory to practice. In the pool, the FRC exercises were very important to be ready for new depths in the open water, as well the use of the new safety protocols for safe depth progression. Joao is such a great instructor, very calm and likes to share is knowledge ans experience. The best big Joao. Thanks for everything.
