I took this course to help me improve my breathing technique and bottom time for spearfishing. I was able to do that and so much more! I highly recommend taking this course to help you improve your skill set as a free diver or spearfisherman. I feel so much more relaxed and calm while in the water which allows me to preserve energy and air. I was able to reach a PB of 20 meters on several occasions due to learning proper techniques that are quite simple to incorporate into every descent. I no longer consider myself just a spearo. I will continue to improve my free diving skills in search of new adventures. Thanks Dan and Kristin. You guys are the best!

Daniel is a fantastic instructor. He is a calming presence in the water and talks you through each safety scenario in a thorough manner. I would highly recommend taking any course from Daniel to help advance your free diving skill set.

I really enjoyed taking this class. I feel much more confident and prepared to handle emergency situations that occur on the surface and at depth. Daniel provides ample amount of time to practice safety diver techniques for varying situations. I will be encouraging all of my free diving/spearfishing friends to take this course as it has reinforced in me the need for all partners to be able to rescue and provide assistance to divers in need.

A fantastic experience for someone entirely new to any water sports other than surfing. Eric is an awesome dude, a phenomenal instructor, and I couldn't recommend his course higher. Thank you for an amazing experience!
